Once assigned our room, we were on our own to locate a room cart (they are not out for your use.you have to leave your Driver License with the desk, and they get the cart for you.
The computers were down when we stood to register, so no one knew if we had a reservation or not (I had a printout thank goodness!). When we drove up to the Casino in the evening.having driven in 40mph winds much of the day, we were looking to get out of the car and into our room! We drove to the entrance that says 'Cliff Castle Casino'.no indication that the hotel entrance is THROUGH the Casino! We drove around the whole place to a spot where we THOUGHT the entrance was.only to find it a back door to the Casino.but we did locate the hotel front desk once in there.
